The engines and reducers of the two larger penguins had burned and worn out over time. However, we managed to find suitable replacement parts and get the penguins moving again. The owner of the installation is Tallinna Kaubamaja (www.kaubamaja.ee). Penguins can be seen in some of the department store windows.
